I booked this for my cousins for the end of October. The toilet and bathroom were unhygienic and poorly maintained, and the geyser didn't work. When they complained, the caretaker answered very rudely. It's not suitable for families, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic, there was no hot water, and maintenance was poor. The staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family.

Even the bedsheets were so dirty. The room wasn't clean, the washroom wasn't okay, and everything felt useless. This is the worst hotel.
