FabHotel Alpine I

The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, and the facilities were a welcome place to relax after a day out. My room was immaculate, cozy, and beautifully designed, with lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were kind and professional, from the warm check-in welcome to all the thoughtful help during the stay. They made sure I felt at home. It was a memorable visit, and I hope to return.

This was the worst stay of my life. The area is industrial, far from the city, and felt very unsafe at night. Getting around to explore meant spending easily 1k a day on cabs. The service was awful too. My sister paid Rs 60/- for tea, but the person who brought it told the manager we hadn’t paid. I can’t say whether the manager was involved, but the tea delivery guy was definitely lying. Even after they checked the cameras and saw he was at fault, we still didn’t get the tea, though I asked five times. There’s no chai wala within 1 km, and the area felt very strange. Later, when I asked for water, it took 40 minutes, and they told me to come downstairs to get the bottle. At midnight, I didn’t feel safe walking around the lobby for water. There was no cleaning service, and the rooms were so bad. Pathetic hotel management. Save your money, I hope nobody else visits.
