Fabhotel Bungalow 14

When we finally got to the hotel, they said there were no rooms and turned us away. We had to find another hotel. Later, when we emailed to ask for the advance payment back, they asked us to prove we had arrived. How shameful to demand proof after leaving four of us with luggage, clueless in an unfamiliar place and standing in the rain. We had booked two rooms by calling the customer executive directly and paid in advance. The location they gave us was wrong, there was no hotel there, and they hadn't provided a hotel contact number. I called customer care to get the number. The hotel then said no rooms were available and hung up without giving us the location. I had to call customer care again, and they said they had spoken with the hotel and our rooms would be ready. All that time, the four of us were walking around in the rain with our luggage looking for the hotel. I will never recommend fabhotel to anyone. Book somewhere you can speak with the hotel directly and confirm, with people who actually care about customers. Like Gandhi said, Customer should always be the king!

We only stayed for 4 hr, so that's all I can comment on. The room and bathroom were small, and I had to ask for every basic item: soap, shampoo, towel, and hand towel. Most places already keep those in the Almirah.

The location was good, with a rent bike shop close by. We arrived early, but the staff wouldn't give us a room and instead put us in a small one. Later, we got a spacious room.

The property was well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the staff were good.
