Jaagir Lodge Dudhwa

We went on three jeep safaris at Taj Dudhwa and saw tigers on two of them. The naturalists knew a lot about the flora and fauna, and it was a pleasure learning from them. The staff also seem to preserve the character of the region by paying attention to everything. At Jaagir Manor, the welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and it made us feel our next three nights would be special. The grounds, covered in misty dew, felt magical. The property has no boundaries and is surrounded by litchi, mango, and guava orchards, with a beautiful view of mango trees at the entrance. So many little details were taken care of, and things could be customised. The food was tasty, using local ingredients, and there were plenty of drinks to choose from. The resort uses local materials and is sustainable. I found out much of the furniture was made in-house from wood available on the owner's farm. I’m sharing a few pictures, though the place is even more beautiful in person.

The food was a lovely surprise, fresh, full of flavor, and presented beautifully. The staff added personal touches and made the stay memorable. With its calm setting and luxurious but easygoing feel, it’s a place I’d love to come back to.

We spent three nights at Jaagir Manor, surrounded by lush greenery, in beautiful, very luxurious rooms. The team made sure we had a great stay, from the tailored meals and helpful housekeeping to the informative jungle safaris. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. It's a unique property, and I highly recommend visiting.

Dudhwa Jaagir Manor made it easy to relax after a day out: the freshwater pool was clean and refreshing, and the food was wholesome and delicious. The cozy, beautifully finished rooms and warm team also made us feel at home. There’s a real sense of care for nature throughout the resort. The elephant safari at sunrise was unforgettable. We moved gently through the forest and saw a tiger on the move, herds of tuskers, rhinos, a sloth bear, and wild boars in their natural habitat. We also spotted a Crested Serpent Eagle and lots of other colorful birds. Even rare butterflies, woolly aphids, and other little forest creatures made the trails interesting. For anyone into wildlife or photography, a family hoping to spend time together, or simply looking for peace in nature, Dudhwa Jaagir Manor is a lovely retreat. I’m already looking forward to going back.
