Breakfast was included in our booking, but the hotel had no kitchen and outsourced it. We declined it because we had concerns about the quality. At check-in they said our reservation was for five people and demanded extra money, although the confirmation clearly listed eight. Then they refused extra beds and asked us to pay again. There was no water in the flush, and we got just three towels for eight people. We had to beg for towels and soap. The staff treated us badly throughout. MMT shouldn't list places like this. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

In room no 3002, the hand shower was broken, and the bucket still had what the previous guest left behind. The bed linen wasn't properly clean.

I paid for breakfast, but none was served and there was no refund. I booked an AC room through hotel.com and got a non-AC room instead. There was no coffee maker, no shampoo in the bathroom, and the towels were dirty. The room and reception smelled bad. Don't be fooled by the Fab hotels name, the service and comfort were both awful.

This was my second stay, just for one night. The location, rooms, and service were all good. A couple of things need attention: breakfast isn't provided in-house, and the shower tap is broken.

I got confirmation for an early check-in and early checkout as a day room when I booked online. Once I reached the hotel, they refused the early check-in and wanted extra money. The booking helpline didn't work after I made the reservation, even after I waited online for 30 minutes. This chain seems to run a very systematic scam. Avoid this hotel.
