The food street is only a few meters away, with plenty of choices in the evening. I stayed for almost a week because it’s close to Jain College. The hotel offers a clean stay with breakfast and is budget friendly. They could improve the breakfast selection and quality.

We were tired, but the receptionist was so slow that my kid, my mom, and I had to wait. The staff member who brought our luggage was rude, and when we needed the location for the cab at night, they didn’t help. The room charge had gone up, and the room was tiny. I chose the hotel based on the good reviews, but I was seriously disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it. In the morning, I asked for coffee and it took 40 minutes, even after I called three times.

I want to complain to the hotel management, so please share a phone number. Don’t ask me to email an address. The receptionist was judgmental and painfully slow, kept pressing us about whether we were married, and didn’t believe our address proof. He also wouldn’t direct us to the right parking area, then made lame comments to my husband. We paid 2,464 rupees for a cramped room. A complete waste, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
