Aurum Heights by Red Olive

At Moois Residency in Bangalore, I found the rooms clean, well furnished, and thoughtfully set up for essential needs. Staff were courteous and professional, ready to help with requests. The convenient, accessible location works for business or personal travel, and I'd gladly recommend it for quality accommodation at a reasonable price.

There's a rooftop where you can watch the busy city and make your own dishes. The hotel is in the heart of the city and budget friendly, so I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay centrally. Staff gave me a warm welcome, and my room had been arranged well in advance. It was neat and clean.

A very bad stay. The staff were impolite and demanded extra money over damage they claimed had happened, which I believe was fake. The receptionist made a scene in front of the guests and fired an employee called in to support them, even though that employee said there was no damage. There were cockroaches in the rooms, which made me question their cleanliness. I would never recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The ambiance was clean and really good, and management and staff were helpful. Nihal was especially friendly throughout the process. Check-in and check-out were smooth. It was a very good experience.
