The staff made a great impression, from the concierge and chefs to housekeeping and the spa masseuse. Everyone I met was attentive and professional. As an international female traveller, I also found the thorough security when entering the grounds very reassuring. My room was spacious, elegant, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with effective air conditioning. The hotel itself is stunning. I was glad to get the upgrade package, which gave me evening drinks in the executive suite and breakfasts. The food was incredible, with something new to try each day, and the presentation showed a lot of care. The spa on the first floor was exceptional and reasonably priced, and the gift shop had really unique, beautiful gifts. Most touching were the birthday surprises: a lovely cake and decorations with a note from my room’s housekeeper, followed by beautiful flower and towel animal displays on my bed in the evening. The staff contacted us in advance about rides to and from the airport and were accommodating with all our requests. I loved every moment and would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a good mix of south and north Indian as well as international dishes, fresh fruit, baked goods, hot food, and drinks. The reservation was easy, communication clear, and confirmation prompt, so planning felt stress-free. Check-in was quick, and the courteous, professional staff made a good first impression. I also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. It was an excellent stay, with a strong blend of comfort, service, and value. Highly recommended.

Our Company Kick Off went really well. Registration and seating were handled nicely, the food was great, and the washrooms were amazingly well maintained. The chef even prepared Jain food for me on the go, and it was super yummy. The staff were courteous. Thanks to my organization for choosing this place for the event!

The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, a nice place to relax away from noise. The service team is approachable, responsive, and attentive, with smooth communication and a people-first attitude. The rooms are spotless, well maintained, and designed for comfort. I also liked that the TV included access to several online streaming platforms. The food was flavorful, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented. The menu initially seemed limited, but the dishes were so well chosen and executed that this turned out to be a strength.
