The hotel itself is good, but the service seems to depend on whether you booked online or offline. They expected us to pay extra because the online price was lower than they wanted, even for our 3-year-old child, who was right in front of us. We raised it with Agoda customer care, whose team emailed the hotel on 14 May 2026, but the hotel team never replied. Agoda customer care confirmed that we didn’t owe any extra amount. They also said they’d accepted the booking by mistake, adding, "itne ka to ac ko kharkha ho jayega". That was upsetting and unexpected. I booked mainly because my family function is near the hotel, so I’m not happy with how this went :-(

The room felt stuffy, with no proper airflow or sunlight, and there was a bad smell, as if it had been shut up for a long time. It also wasn’t cleaned properly. I paid ₹1500 for a Deluxe Room with a double bed, but it was much smaller than I expected and didn’t feel worth that price. The stay fell well short of what I’d expect from a deluxe room.

For the price, the rooms are good, and the behavior is acceptable. Breakfast isn’t available, and you can’t pay by credit card. One drawback is that the cleaner and cook are the same person.

I stayed for a week. The staff did a very good job with the service, and the price was within budget.
