The staff were professional and always helpful, and the food was excellent. I had a very comfortable stay throughout and look forward to coming back.

The location is a plus, with access to ORR, tech parks, and nearby restaurants. My original booking was for another nearby Fabhotel through Makemytrip, but Fabhotel moved it here because of some issues. At check-in, reception tried to charge extra, saying the room type I’d booked wasn’t available. When I insisted, it suddenly was. The TV didn’t work, and nobody acted on it after I reported it. My room also wasn’t cleaned during the three days I stayed.

An online booking confirmation doesn’t guarantee you’ll actually get a room here. It happened to me, and I lost the advance payment. Stay away.

The room was spacious, but the damp ceiling made the beds smell musty. The bathroom was in terrible shape: the roof leaked, the floor was wet, and by morning there wasn’t even water to flush. The spray jet didn’t work properly either. I called the front desk for half an hour, but they couldn’t arrange water, let alone hot water. The room lock also didn’t work properly, and the hot water kettle I’d been promised on the phone wasn’t there. The hotel is on a main road, close to many IT offices, so the location is a big advantage. But I’d contacted Fabhotel twice beforehand to say I’d arrive late and ask for a room without issues. The desk person didn’t know about an assigned room, and I felt they put me in the worst one. I stayed just one night, and it was a bad experience. Poor room management is ruining a great property.
