The front desk numbers listed in the app and on Google wouldn't connect, and neither would room service, so you have to go down and ask in person. We ordered two water bottles, but they were unsealed, with just a plastic seal in the wrong colour put around them. We had to pay extra to the boy to get water from outside. The room was unhygienic: stains on the curtains and beds, a used glass by the window, and dusty shoe marks on an armchair. There was hair in the bathroom and on the carpet outside. They didn't clean it even after we told them, and the AC didn't work. There were also two holes in the ceiling near the fan. Ladies, please be careful and ask to change rooms immediately, or preferably change hotels. Our booking through Agoda.com required us to pay 1,500rs online, while other hotels let you pay after arriving. We went ahead because of the pictures. The front desk guy also said they didn't offer the complimentary breakfast that our booking included. Please address these issues, especially since the hotel is in a prime location.

The room was unhygienic and nothing like the pictures. The pillow was yellow, as if it had never been washed, the washroom smelled foul, and there were no basic amenities. I think it was worth only 600 for a day, not the 1500 total I was charged for two days. When I arrived at midnight, the receptionist demanded another 1500, despite the Oyo app showing the full amount paid. He said Oyo had shown false information and that cancelling would cost one day's rent. I checked in because of a personal issue. This is the worst Oyo hotel I've stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They trap people when they arrive.

I spent a week there and was very satisfied with the hotel and its service. It's neat and clean, and the stay was comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite, give room service on time, and make the place feel homely. The in-house restaurant serves tasty, home-like food at very reasonable prices. I'd definitely choose this hotel again. Thumbs up.

The room wasn't clean at all, with lots of stuff on the floor, a yellowed bed, and an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was dirty too, and they didn't provide any amenities. I booked a king-size bed for a stay with my wife, but after we checked in they said only a single bed was available. I wouldn't give even one star, but the rating system requires it. Don't waste your money here, try somewhere else.
