The location is about the only satisfactory thing here. At reception, guest concerns seemed to be ignored, and there often wasn't a manager-level person available. Sometimes housekeeping staff appeared to be covering reception, which says a lot about the service. Staff behavior was unprofessional. They wouldn't allow check-in before 1 PM, even when rooms were vacant and guests had arrived early. I'd think carefully before booking and would look at nearby alternatives.

The room's lock jammed almost every time we tried it, and the TV was useless without a remote. But the bed bugs were the main problem. We kept waking up all night to check the bed and couldn't sleep comfortably. When we reported it, staff said bed bugs were common in hotels. That response didn't sit right with us, especially if they knew about the issue and could clean and treat the place. We also asked for fresh sheets and cleanup, but waited a long time. They eventually moved us to another room, which had similar hygiene problems. The whole stay was uncomfortable. I don't usually post negative reviews, but I hope management gets things in order. Guests deserve clean rooms and a peaceful stay.
