Crest Executive Suites

It costs more than other suite hotels nearby, like Days Suites. The room was spacious, with a hall, dining area, and kitchenette, and the cleaning service was good. Reception was good too. The elevator is very old, and the gym has basic, dated equipment. To reach prestige shantiniketan office buildings, you have to climb 30 steep iron steps.

The location of the executive suites is good, but the service was pathetic. My husband and I stayed recently, and I was disappointed to be charged for towels stained with menstrual blood. It’s a natural, unavoidable situation for women, especially while bathing. Most hotels handle this through their regular laundry, so the charge felt unnecessary and seriously humiliating. I hope management reconsiders the policy and treats female guests with more respect.

The rooms are good, the staff are friendly, and parking is available. There’s no swimming pool, even though the photos and website say it’s available.

I stayed three nights in a 1 BHK. It was practical, neat, and clean, and the service was prompt. The location is in the CBD of Whitefield. A good place for business trips if you want somewhere comfortable without spending too much.
