The cigarette smoke from inside and outside the hotel was overwhelming and gave us chest congestion. We fell sick because of the unhygienic conditions and had to check out 4 days early. It was the worst stay I’ve ever had in Bangalore. The room, washroom, and bath towels were unhygienic and stinking. The complimentary breakfast was so bad we didn’t eat at their restaurant even once. They also didn’t clean the room daily, only doing it when we insisted. Everything needs to be improved.

My room was quite good for the price, and check-in was quick and smooth even though I arrived late at night. I found that calling the hotel directly often gets you a better price than booking online. I’m very happy with my stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The AC leaked so much it was like taking a shower, and water flooded the corridor too. Free river sightseeing, I guess 😌. One of the doors had no lock, so even after we vacated one room, we had to use both rooms to keep our things safe. We’d booked two attached rooms for my family, but ended up staying in one and leaving the other. Book at your own risk, there’s river sightseeing in the corridor 🙏. Thankyou. 🫠

The young man at the front desk was very kind, the only nice thing about this facility. I wouldn’t book this motel if cleanliness matters to you. It needs a new cleaning crew and routine. The stained bathroom cabinets need replacing because the laminate is peeling, and the grime needs scrubbing off the faucets and sinks. The tub, surround, floor, and other stained or filthy surfaces need a thorough scrub with chlorox, comet, and pads or brushes. The black rug in the elevator should be cleaned or replaced. The screens at the open windows need to be rinsed with water and bleach to remove the layers of black dust, and the dusty sills need cleaning too. The throw pillows on the bed should be washed regularly so they don’t smell like perspiration. The linens should smell clean too, perhaps with fragrant laundry detergent, instead of smelling like salt and maybe a bit of perspiration. The building could also use a floral or otherwise pleasant smelling floor and surface cleaner, or an air freshener. And the TV needs some signal or service.
