I was in Bangalore for an event and stayed here for six days. Getting into the hotel two hours before check-in cost me an extra ₹300, which was frustrating. The street noise came right into the room and made it hard to rest, and there was a steady cigarette smell from the bathroom. The room also wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast was just idly, vada, and dosa, with no variety, and didn't feel worth the price. They didn't provide anything complimentary, including drinking water. A bottle that costs ₹6 outside was charged extra here. The Wi-Fi speed wasn't good, and there was no laundry service. For the money, the stay didn't feel worthwhile, and I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable visit.

For work, the Wi-Fi was good, and I had a proper table and chair. My Agoda booking was honored, and the price felt reasonable. The room was cramped, though, and I couldn't get any room service. Staff were mostly unresponsive, and the room wasn't cleaned daily. They spoke only Hindi and Kannada, not English. The bathroom faucet was so confusing that it was nearly unusable without someone explaining it. The electric kettle didn't work either.

The buffet setup would work well for a dinner party, and I really liked the fish dish. The food was excellent overall, and though it was a bit over my budget, the quality made it worth paying for. I also loved the hotel's calm, natural surroundings.

The rooms looked good after the renovations, and the facilities were in good shape. The staff were warm and ready to help with a smile. Swabhimanyuu provided excellent hospitality, and the receptionist who helped us during the set dinners was polite and very helpful. Special thanks to Pooja at reception. It was a lovely place to stay in hyd.

Most of the staff were good, but checking in was disappointing. I had booked online, yet the booking counter made excuses about whether a room was available and seemed to put money ahead of confirmed reservations.
