The staff didn’t behave well with customers, and I wasn’t satisfied with the service. The reception area and room weren’t clean. They opened rooms with master keys and used the things inside. One of the worst hotels I’ve seen in Bangalore.

Families should stay away. Nothing here was good, and I found the place money-minded and badly behaved. The beds had old, rusty-looking cloth and weren’t clean, and the receptionist didn’t know how to speak to customers. The booking sites show 800 or 900 plus GST, but once you arrive they reveal the actual rates: 1300 for one person and 1500 for a couple. I’d give it zero stars if that were an option.

The room was dirty, with grimy walls and an uncleaned cupboard, and the bathroom needs work. Its tiles weren’t clean, though the seat was okay. If you only need somewhere to sleep and head out, it may be enough, but don’t expect the service to handle your needs competently. Also, confirm an online reservation firmly with them, since they can be very unpredictable about giving out rooms. If that sounds like a nightmare, choose somewhere else.

The room was tiny, and 1800 a day felt far too expensive. There was no hot water, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the sheets and towels were stained. The floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty, and the whole hotel was filthy. The reception person and hotel staff were rude, with poor service, and kept asking us to settle the full amount every day. This was a terrible experience at Capital O 49646 Hotel Champion Paradise, and I wouldn’t consider it suitable for families. Please don’t recommend this kind of hotel to customers.
