The owner and manager were rude and didn't know how to treat customers. There wasn't a cupboard or locker in the room either. The rooms were disgusting, with stained, dirty sheets and pillows. The washroom was filthy, and cockroaches were running around. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were polite, and the facilities were good. I also appreciated being able to check in at any time, since train schedules can be hard to predict. Had a great experience.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location near Infosys, Konappa Agrahara. There's a bar on site, and drunken people were often around. I saw one CCTV camera, and that was all I noticed for security. The room had unpainted, damp walls with water marks, no fresh air or sunlight, and neither the AC nor geyser worked. There was basically one staff member to collect the key and payment, with no room service. We asked about breakfast and were told it would be available after 12:30, so breakfast at 12:30 pm! There was no food otherwise, and I disliked the atmosphere. My ratings were location 4/5, room 1/5, staff 1/5, food 0/5, security 1/5, and ambiance 0/5. I booked three days but left on the second day for another hotel. The three-day stay cost around 3200, which I lost. OYO should remove this hotel from its flagship, as it could hurt the brand.

There was no breakfast, and the TV only had free local channels. I asked for water, but nobody brought any. When I went to reception, the receptionist said the person wasn't available and that I could buy water outside if I needed it urgently. Worst room service I've experienced.
