The bed was comfortable, the staff were good, and the lift worked well. Electricity was steady and the place was hygienic, so the stay was fine overall. But the AC and room lock both had issues, and the water supply kept being irregular. I complained several times and nothing got fixed.

They didn't provide bottled water when I arrived. The complimentary breakfast was also far too small: one plate of puri, one of kal dosa, and a small cup of tea, which wasn't enough. You'll definitely need more, so either pay extra or find something outside. Some rooms also have problems, including leaking toilets and bathrooms.

The rooms are great and cleanliness is well maintained. It's a proper hotel, not a homestay, though it has no restaurant or kitchen of its own, so food comes from a nearby restaurant. The location isn't so great, with not many shops nearby.

A year ago, this was the best place in the area when we stayed here. This time it was the worst. There were cockroaches all over the rooms, the service was very bad, and there wasn't even drinking water. They were also ready to charge extra for every little thing that should come with basic amenities.
