I went looking for a room for one person, and they showed me a double room, saying the single and double rates were the same and that I could use it however I wanted. They spoke to me unprofessionally in Kannada. I don't feel there's any safety here, and wouldn't recommend it. It feels risky.

Booking through the hotel app doesn't guarantee you'll actually get a room. The guys there were also very rude.

The room is decent and good value, and the location is perfect for a business visit. The staff need better training and more politeness, and they shouldn't ask personal questions. Even so, it's a great place overall.

The MAGIC DELUX rooms are a good choice. Mine was clean and roomy, with decent furniture for getting work done. The staff, including the front office team, were friendly, and service was very good. Food came in plenty of varieties, and I think their non-veg options are among the best. The hotel’s location is another plus. They could still add a spa and gym.

We booked a small standard room, but at check-in the receptionist said those were full and moved us to a Deluxe side room without charging extra. The hospitality was excellent. The building is large and has a lift, and its restaurant is in the next building with an internal connection. There’s plenty nearby too, including Dominoz pizza, BBQ, CCD, and Subway just steps away. A good pick for non-vegetarian food, though vegetarian dishes are available as well.
