The room had a damaged water pipe with no valve, an open window, and drinking water that was too bad. The service person was rude, smelled strongly of tobacco and cigarettes, and, in my view, was just after money and told lies. If you paid less through an app offer, you got a damaged room. He wouldn’t listen to clients and acted like a landlord treating us as tenants, not someone there to serve us. The room management was awful, though the place could be maintained well.

The area was wonderful, but there was nothing else good about this hotel. My room was dirty, the walls were dirty, the bed linens were dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The room boys were dirty too. Don’t trust the travel app photos or attractive discounts to show the real condition. I was fooled by Goibibo.

I found the rooms clean, but the service was terrible. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t know how to speak to guests. After my stay, I felt as if he thought he was doing me a favor by letting me stay there.

They demanded more money at check-in than the amount agreed through OYO, and abused me when I questioned it. The staff were pathetic and disgusting. I was considering filing a police complaint against both the hotel and OYO over this terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend the property to anyone. Friends, avoid it and stay safe.

The receptionist was very rude. The room was the worst I’ve had: hair everywhere, a stinky bathroom, neither the toilet jet nor the water tap worked, and there were no towels. The plastic on the bed hadn’t been removed, which made an annoying smell.
