They’re good people, which matters when you’re staying somewhere for a longer time. I accidentally left my Airpods in the room after checkout and travelled back to my hometown. Ms. Seema and her team arranged to courier them back to me. I really appreciate the gesture. Thank you!

I booked through Oyo for two days on 29th march 2026. The bedsheet had blood stains, the washroom was unclean, and the water wasn’t good for washing my face. When I complained, miss seema told me not to come back to her property and said, “aap log niklo yaha se” (“you people get out of here”). The people weren’t supportive. If you’re planning to stay for two days or more, don’t come here.

I wanted a good stay for my in-laws, but heard complaints every day, and it was a painful experience. I spent around 18,000 for four nights and won’t return. They don’t calculate tax on booking.com, and the check-in and check-out service was pathetic. Nobody helped us, so we had to carry all our baggage to the second floor ourselves. I’d booked standard rooms for two families for three nights. They weren’t up to the mark, so I paid another 4000 for deluxe rooms, hoping they’d be better. The sheets still weren’t very clean, and there was a cockroach under a pillow. Hot water was available only on day one. The lift stopped working from the second day, and neither issue was fixed during our stay. I complained to the manager almost every day, and she’d call room service to bring hot water in a bucket. We had to leave early for sightseeing, and these problems made everything difficult. This place is only suitable for bachelors who don’t care about services and just need somewhere to stay. If you can put up with cockroaches and mosquitoes, that’s the place. I paid extra for better rooms, but basic needs still weren’t met.

There are shops and places to eat close by, and the hotel is in a pleasant residential neighborhood. The rooms are good, and most of the staff were really helpful.
