The bathroom isn't private: its window faces the balcony of the opposite flat, so people there can see right in. The staff aren't friendly or polite either. Don't order a veg meal from them, they charged me 200 rupees, double the cost. Wouldn't recommend.

The room was full of bugs, even crawling around my toothbrush at night unless I put it in a case. Cleaning was poor too: instead of changing the sheets, staff just turned them over. The heater and AC didn't work, and although free Wi-Fi was advertised, a staff member told me after a few days to stop using it because it would use up their data. They also claimed to have power backup, but during a power cut they gave me candles and said there'd be no electricity that night. Luckily, the power stayed on. Rates weren't transparent. We agreed on one price at check-in, but they changed it at checkout and couldn't provide a bill showing the extra charges. This place is overpriced and unhygienic, and I found management dishonest about how they do business. I'd stay elsewhere.

The broken faucet in our toilet was repaired noisily for much of the day, and management didn't apologize or respond when we complained. The room they first gave us had that defective faucet; they only offered another room the next day. We should have been compensated for losing a whole day's peace.

We stayed at the Plot No, 679, 10th Main Rd, near Sony Signal, 4th Block, Koramangala property in Bengaluru, booking three nights from January 12 to 14, 2020. On arrival, our room was falling apart: filthy walls that needed repainting, a broken bedside switchboard with a badly attempted but unfinished repair, paint left on the floors, and a dirty washroom. The geyser didn't work, so there was no hot shower, and the front desk couldn't fix it after we told them. The management displays beautiful, clean rooms to attract guests, but our room was nothing like that. Their website also falsely listed a swimming pool. Don't advertise amenities you don't have. There are better OYO properties around Koramangala with more genuine management.
