There are better options nearby. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are so cramped you can barely fit, and there's no place to sit except the bed. No table or chair either. I stayed for three days, and the experience made my trip a bad one. The manager wasn't polite and charged me 300 extra for early check-in. As soon as I got to the room, they called asking for the remaining amount. I said I'd booked through Treebo and would pay the rest at checkout, but they wouldn't agree and sent someone to my room with a QR code.

The AC didn't work, the TV only started after a lot of effort and then switched itself off at 12.30 midnight, and the telephone in the room was out of order. There was no option to call room service. The room was cramped, the cupboard wall had no handle, and the bathroom had no mirror and a shelf that was falling apart. The worst hotel in Bengaluru, a truly horrible experience.

We stayed for two days, and the room was neat and clean and comfortable. The service, though, was horrible. The man at reception was very rude and didn't know how to treat customers. I didn't like the service we received.

The broken door lock was a serious security concern. The staff were rude, careless, and seemed completely uninterested in helping or making guests comfortable. There's little space in the room, which is advertised as a double, even though it's barely roomy enough for one person. It felt suffocating, like a prison cell, with no ventilation or fresh air. The floor had dirty stains and footprints, and the sheets looked reused and unwashed. This place is a complete rip-off and a joke. It should be shut down for being so badly run. I strongly advise against booking it, even for one night. You'll regret it.
