I booked an executive room and got upgraded to a lovely, spacious Presidential suite. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good, and the staff were very cooperative. It’s a proper hotel, with a nice lobby entrance and corridor, not like a lodge. The location is convenient for getting cabs. I’d choose this place first on my next visit.

The staff were very polite and always willing to help, and the service was extraordinary. Breakfast was good too. The location is awesome, and the modern room had everything, including a coffee and tea maker, all toiletries, and very good air conditioning. I had an amazing experience.

The room was spacious, felt worth the money, and the hotel’s prime location meant getting around wasn’t a problem. My one issue was the late-night staff member. I arrived late and was staying only until morning, but he insisted on charging an early occupancy fee for just a few hours. I asked if he could backdate the booking since I’d be leaving in the morning, but he wouldn’t listen. He kept all the girls waiting at reception for nearly half an hour over this. Management, when you work hard to protect the hotel’s reputation, rude staff who don’t share that commitment to serving guests undo it all. Cheers.

Power kept going off during our stay, and the staff seemed to have no idea how to handle it. Every morning started badly because they weren't helpful, meals were late each day, and even complaints got no attention. Getting anything for the room meant asking several times. Simply the worst hotel I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it.
