FF21-LIT

FF21 has made it easier to settle into a new city. After work, I can relax in my super clean room with its comfy furniture. The meal times suit my schedule, and there’s a good amount of variety in the food. The Wi-Fi does give me trouble now and then, but I’m happy here overall.

I moved into FF21 LIT on 21st March, and so far I’ve had a good experience. It’s peaceful, clean, and feels safe, with greenery around and less of a crowded feel than other areas. Maintenance could respond a bit faster sometimes, but it’s a nice place to stay.

I hate the service here and plan to leave soon. The shower barely gives any water, the doorstopper is still loose after being repaired four times, and laundry takes a lot of days to come back. The meal system is so illogical. You have to book in advance through an app that closes after 6 pm, even though residents are busy working people with no spare time to book meals every day. If I forget to book, they won't let me eat at all, even though I'm paying so much rent. I barely eat the food anyway because it gives me stomach issues. They seem to care only about making money, and the service quality is very poor.

The lift has broken down five times in the last three months, and each repair seems to be a temporary patch rather than a lasting fix. Residents' concerns get little response from management, which feels completely inconsiderate. There are also ongoing maintenance, electrical, and staff-related problems. For this rent, the poor upkeep is unacceptable. It honestly feels exploitative to pay a premium for a property that's managed so badly.
