FF21-HBR

The food could have more variety, particularly the South Indian choices, but it’s manageable. What I enjoy most at FF21 is the terrace, especially at night when there’s a pleasant breeze. It’s a lovely place to relax. The PG stays consistently clean and well maintained, and there are useful amenities like a TV room, snooker table, and table tennis. It’s a comfortable, lively place to live with a great atmosphere.

The location is convenient, with what you need easily accessible nearby, and the staff were polite and helpful. FF21 HBR is clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with good amenities and a setup that works well for a budget stay. It seems like a good option for a short visit or a somewhat longer stay. I did find a few ants in the room, and the hot water takes a little while to come through. Apart from that, everything went smoothly and I had an enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

The events are well organized, and there’s a strong sense of community at FF21. I’m even thinking of hosting one myself. The room was clean and comfortable, a nice place to return to after exploring Bengaluru all day. Meal timings fit my schedule, too. It’s been a decent stay, and the staff are very friendly. Big shoutout to Sharafath for all the support!

The stay and community are great, but the services have been extremely disappointing, especially the way they’ve handled my deposit. Their app is slow, unreliable, and full of bugs. My details weren’t saved because of technical and backend issues, and now they’re refusing to return my deposit. I’ve emailed and messaged several times, but management hasn’t replied or acknowledged my concerns. Communication is quick right up until you book. Once you become a tenant, issues seem to be ignored. Even the property managers tried to follow up for me, but the main management appears to be ignoring them too. They keep sending payment reminders without even considering my emails. I strongly advise people not to trust them with their deposit money.
