The one good thing is that MTR is upstairs. Otherwise, look somewhere else. They confirmed 24-hour check-in when I called, then charged us extra anyway. The tiny rooms felt suffocating and were disgustingly dirty, with cockroaches everywhere. Garbage was piled right outside the entrance, so there was a terrible smell every time we walked in.

The location is the best part, right in the center and close to many places, with restaurants nearby. The reception staff were friendly, and the rooms were decently spacious. The room itself was good, but dust covered the outside of the window, and staff even suggested not opening it. The bathroom was clean and okay, though not luxurious for the price. The TV didn’t work properly, and even after I told the staff three times, nobody responded. Still, I had a good experience apart from the TV, and I’d suggest the place for its location.

Our one-day stay was horrible. The rooms are badly maintained, the bathrooms are full of cockroaches, and hygiene is poor both in the rooms and corridors. Room service is pathetic, and there’s no proper car parking. I booked after seeing all the good reviews, but they seem fake. Don’t fall for this place.

This was my 10th visit, and I honestly have no words. I’m a KDO member, so it was sad to see how poorly kept the property is and how rudely the staff treat guests. We’re meant to get decent rooms, but we’ve always been given rooms in the worst condition. It’s left me thinking management cares about bookings and money, not guests. Extremely disappointed.
