The food was a real highlight for us, delicious, nicely presented, and full of authentic flavors. Each meal felt special. We also loved the elegant, spacious rooms, which were very well maintained and balanced comfort with luxury. Taj West End, Bangalore felt like a peaceful escape in the middle of the city. The greenery, heritage character, pretty paths, and calm atmosphere made the place feel magical. Staff throughout the property were warm, attentive, courteous, and seemed to care about making our stay memorable. It’s the combination of peace, warmth, luxury, and timeless charm that stays with you. This felt like more than just a hotel visit, and we’re grateful to the team for making it special. We hope to visit again soon. Highly recommended for anyone after nature, hospitality, and a premium stay in Bangalore.

Ayushi from the Reception team went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. She even took us around the 22acre property in the golf cart. If you love nature, this is a great luxury stay surrounded by greenery, and hands down the greenest 5star hotel in Bengaluru. Kudos to Taj for raising the bar each time. I’d recommend experiencing this beautiful stay within Bengaluru. The photo is of the first postbox in karnataka, which you’ll see as you enter the property.

There were some room and service issues that took away from the experience. Towels were kept near the WC, which didn’t seem hygienic to me. In-room dining clearance was slow, trays from a previous guest stayed in the corridor outside my room for nearly six hours even after I checked in, and there was no cutlery in the room when I needed it. Being asked for a credit card deposit also caught me a little off guard given the property’s positioning and the check-in experience. Several staff members made the stay enjoyable. Loya Ankur and Front Desk Manager Harsh were especially courteous and professional. Harsh arranged a very generous room upgrade, which made a big difference. The Taj Lounge was very good and well managed. At breakfast, Ravneet, the chef, and the waiting staff were attentive and hospitable. Miss Nisha at the massage/spa was excellent with her techniques and very professional. The stay was comfortable and had the feel of a strong five-star business hotel. Better housekeeping responsiveness and room servicing would improve the overall guest experience.

At Taj West End's Machan, the breakfast spread had an impressive range of dishes, and the confectionery was especially good, fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Ms. Farzana’s warm, attentive service and evident passion for hospitality made the experience even better.

We chose this place for my parents’ Golden anniversary, and it turned out to be the best decision. The greenery, rooms, food, staff, and professionalism were all just right. Ayushi made check-in seamless and oversaw the tasteful decorations for the occasion. She also made sure we had a good time throughout our stay. Looking forward to coming back soon.
