We’ll cherish the memories of our baby girl’s first birthday here. The décor( by Kushi decors),in house food(awesome taste), and pleasant service were all excellent, and guests mentioned how well organized everything was. From planning and setup to coordination, the team was careful and patient, which let us relax and enjoy the celebration. Staff were courteous, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to Ventakata Raman Sir, Dasarath,Abhiram Patit, and everyone for making her special day beautiful and stress-free. We appreciate all the effort and would happily recommend this place for special occasions.

I booked 2 rooms for my in laws during my housewarming function, and it was a very disappointing experience. The toilet flush handle came out, one room’s TV didn’t work, and the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. One of the rooms also wouldn’t lock from outside. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Two days before our event, another bhagini icon hotel of mahadevapura from the same chain forced me to switch the venue to this hotel. The party hall was poor quality, and the stage lights didn’t work on the day. They charge per plate, then even served cake to some guests on big plates to raise the count. On the event day they changed the food menu to suit themselves, and the vegetarian dishes weren’t very good. As host, I was the last to eat, some items had run out, and I got food poisoning after eating. At the end, staff asked for gifts and tips. Think twice before choosing this hotel or another in the chain for a party or celebration.

The front office team gave us a warm, professional welcome, and everyone was polite and helpful. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the service ran smoothly. Everything was well managed, so I had a wonderful experience here.
