I spent about 20 days here on a company-arranged trip, and the team's dedication made the stay comfortable. Smithi and Sai checked in every day to make sure guests had no issues and rooms were comfortable. Altaf, who looked after housekeeping on my floor, was courteous and very helpful. The reception team and staff were professional and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety. Lunch and dinner were satisfactory, though a broader menu could offer more choice and appeal to business guests staying longer. This is one of Bengaluru's well-known brands and delivered a consistently positive experience. I'd recommend it to business travelers, families, and solo travellers.

During my 20 days at Icon Grand by Bhagini for work, the food was delicious and consistently good. Ramu from housekeeping was always available and became our go-to person. Smita helped with everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable. It was a smooth, pleasant stay, and I appreciate the team's support and hospitality.

The food was delicious, and the staff stayed polite and attentive throughout the wedding. The banquet hall was spacious, nicely decorated, and well suited to the celebration, with organized arrangements and an elegant, pleasant feel. I had a wonderful time at Icon Grand Hotel. It was a memorable function and a great venue for weddings and large gatherings.

Getting to and from the office was convenient with the pickup and drop service. I had a pleasant stay at Icon Grand Hotel on a business trip: the rooms were clean and maintained well, breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. The staff were cooperative and helpful throughout.

This was my third consecutive stay at Icon Grand, and the service keeps improving. The location is good, and the hotel staff are helpful and courteous. As the company's corporate booker, I'm glad colleagues are staying in the right location. Ms Smriti makes sure guests are looked after and assisted to a high standard.
