Hotel Raj Towers

We stayed at Hotel Raj Towers recently. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good beds and AC that worked well. The toilets were large, although one had some minor clogging. The place seems overdue for proper maintenance and refurbishment, and the lobby could use a more elegant, inviting look. The open parking area also needs better security. Our room access card didn't work properly, so we had to call staff whenever we left the room. Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel within walking distance, which was inconvenient. It would be much better to have it on site. The staff could use more hospitality training. They didn't seem well trained in guest handling, and more warmth and professionalism would help. At the AC bar, the food was really tasty, but the manager and staff seemed eager to close early and made us feel unwelcome even though it wasn't crowded. With better maintenance, staff training, and attention to the guest experience, this hotel could be a great place to stay. I hope they take this feedback constructively and improve. GOD BLESS!

I've been coming here for many decades, and it used to be an excellent place. It's centrally located, but the maintenance has slipped over time, and the room rent is a bit high.

The location is great and the room was spacious, but I left unhappy. The tea maker and cup were dirty and unhygienic, there were lots of mosquitoes, and the service was poor. Nobody could resolve the problems. The cable TV wasn't charged up even after I told the front desk, and the electrical fittings felt risky.

The room price is very low for the quality of the rooms. The rooms were very good, the food was excellent, and the service was really nice.
