The rooms were simple and comfortable, the food was good, and most services were prompt and organized. I’ll remember the stay and would come back. Sudipta, Bapi, and Manoj were especially polite and thoughtful. There were a few service details that could improve, and I wish the hospitality had included more smiles and greetings, particularly at reception. Before arrival, I tried calling several times with an urgent message and couldn’t get through. Once we arrived, though, Operations Manager Mr. Surajit was there to welcome us and made sure everything ran smoothly. He even upgraded our room, which was a lovely gesture.

The staff were polite and responsive, and the location is good. But the room didn’t feel worth what we paid. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the AC wasn’t working properly, which made the stay less comfortable. Just an average experience, with room quality needing work to justify the price.

We spent two nights here with family and had a really nice stay. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the pool is beautiful, easy to reach from the rooms, and open for extended hours in the morning and evening. Food was very good too, and room service was available. The staff behaved very well and responded promptly to our needs. Tarapith Temple is only a few minutes away on foot, and autos, totos, and other local transport are available near the hotel entrance. I’d choose this hotel again on my next Tarapith visit.

It was a comfortable family stay. The food was tasty and there was a decent variety, and the staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and well kept, with good service. Being so close to Tarapith Temple made it convenient for devotees. I’d recommend it for a visit to Tarapith.

The room, bathroom, swimming pool, and restaurant were all very good. It’s a quieter location than the hotels right by Tarapith Temple, which is still just a 5-10 minute walk away. For a luxury stay, this seems like the best option in Tarapith. One blanket was really dirty, though, and after checkout a staff member kept asking for tips. That got annoying.
