I felt safe staying here as a woman traveling alone. The location was good, and the staff were nice and helpful.

The room itself was okay, but the cost didn’t seem worth it. Double occupancy was 2500 without breakfast, room only. I ordered a veg thali and an egg thali, priced at 200 and 300, plus mineral water, but the total came to 1100 with taxes and service charges, more than I expected to pay. The next day I checked into a nearby hotel with a better room and facilities for 1250 for two. I wouldn’t recommend this one.

No power had been available since morning after I checked in, and the room was dusty too. They charged Rs. 3600/- for 24 hours and wouldn’t refund me even though nothing was working. The management and service were the worst. Don’t come here, it was a terrible experience.

I found the location convenient, especially for getting to the airport or Mahipalpur. I stayed at OYO 17020 Hotel Raj Palace for four days, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Service was really good, and my room was clean and comfortable. It made for a pleasant stay.

The food was pathetic and expensive, and some of the staff tried to fool us. They couldn’t even provide a bill. Don’t book a travel car through this hotel either. The reception guy asked 10000 rupees for an Agra tour and promised a GST bill, then sent us the worst driver from "Pal tour and travel". He didn’t know the route, so we had to guide him the whole way. False promises, and the worst tour ever. This made our trip miserable.
