I’ve been using Classic Diplomat Hotel, Mahipalpur for quick trips and stopovers in Delhi for more than 15 years, and it’s stayed consistently good. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well kept, and check-in is usually quick. Staff have always been efficient and courteous. The food is good too, in preparation and taste. Toiletries are average and could be better. I’ve also stayed at a few nearby properties, and Classic Diplomat has been more consistent with upkeep, maintenance, and the overall experience. It remains good value for a short or transit stay. Thanks, and keep it up.

There’s plenty of parking, plus a bar where guests can relax. The hotel also has meeting rooms, dependable Wi-Fi, and laundry service. It’s conveniently placed near IGI Airport on the Delhi–Jaipur National Highway, which works well for travelers. The rooms are nicely equipped and designed, room service is prompt, and there are several kinds of food served on site.

The food was fresh, tasty, and served with care, and room service arrived promptly with a smile. Staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and went out of their way to help. The front desk was professional and courteous, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. The relaxed, elegant atmosphere made me feel at home. I had a great stay at Hotel Classic Diplomat and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality.

Even when I called and messaged again and again about something urgent, nobody at the hotel replied. Guests may need help after checking out, but I couldn’t get a response from any contact number or staff member. Such disappointing service. I haven’t come across a hotel this irresponsible before.
