The rooms put me off right away: the walls were stained and the washroom wasn’t clean. When I arrived in the morning, the receptionist was asleep in one of the rooms. The hotel’s location isn’t great either, and even the entrance gives a bad first impression. I’d look for somewhere else.

I couldn’t check in because the manager wouldn’t accept my coupon, even though I’d booked with it. I never got into the hotel, and my money wasn’t refunded. Oyo customer care was rude when I called, too. A terrible experience with both the hotel and Oyo. I wouldn’t recommend using Oyo.

They asked for extra money when I got there, saying the online price was too low. It’s a shady place, like a very cheap love hotel, and there are basically no facilities. Don’t choose it.

The staff were rude, and the rooms were filthy and smelled awful. Very bad service. Don’t even consider staying here.

The ceiling was broken, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. There was a smell everywhere.
