The toilets felt like public facilities, which was really off-putting. My room was dirty and smelled bad, and mosquitoes made things uncomfortable. They also didn't provide basic items like water bottles, soap, or towels. I hope Hotel OYO RJ Villa addresses these problems so future guests have a better stay.
The worst part was being charged 300 extra, then having my phone snatched and being checked out just after check-in. They also gave five stars everywhere on the Oyo app. I contacted Oyo three times and spent around 3 hours talking to them, but got no resolution. Each time they said not to worry and that they'd take care of it, but nothing happened. Never book Rj Villa. I've never met such a pathetic person in my life. There wasn't even a shower. You can see the pillows, and they give you a face towel instead of a proper towel. Worst experience.
When I extended my booking, the manager wouldn't accept the price shown in the OYO App and charged around 1000/- Rs extra. The DTH and geyser weren't working, food service was pathetic, toiletries weren't properly supplied, and sealed water bottles weren't available.
The bed was really bad, and the room looked nothing like the pictures they showed. Very, very bad experience. Don't book here or you'll be upset when you arrive.
After the booking was confirmed, he said they had no rooms. There was no TV, Wi-Fi, pillow, or other basic items. The hotel was still under construction, even though it was operating too. This place is totally different from what was described 😡🤬😠
