The room, bathroom, and service were all mediocre, and there was no backup power when the electricity went out in summer. I stayed there for a few months last year, paying 10,000 rupees a month and 5,000 rupees as a security deposit at the start. After about 3-4 months, when I moved out, they kept the deposit. The manager, Priyanka Bhandari, kept telling me her financial situation was very poor and to give her a few days. I followed up on WhatsApp and by phone for another 2-3 months, but she never returned the money. I even filed a police complaint, with no result. A few months later she bought a Pitbull dog, which costs more than 5k rupees a month by itself, yet she was still saying she had no money to pay me. Complete fraud, I wouldn't visit this hotel.

The room was in bad shape, and the bathroom had no hot water. Neither the toilet flush nor the sprayer worked. They charge far too much for a night, and food costs extra on top of the room rent. It was the worst experience for me, and I wouldn't recommend going there.

They shut off the AC in the middle of the night, and there was no staff available for room service.

There was no water in the morning, and they switched off the AC at night. Worst hotel ever.

The bedsheet and the washroom in my room were both unclean.
