Hotel Noida Suites

I lived there for fifteen months, completed my notice period, paid rent on time, and filled in all the required details. More than a month after moving out, my refund still hasn't arrived, and they don't answer calls. They don't give refunds on time after you leave the PG. Please don't book this hotel, PG, or whatever they call themselves now. They've also taken a Hooliv franchise, and I guess Hooliv's service is just as poor. All they do is raise the rent.

Alert, this looks like a fraud. I booked through the OYO app yesterday, but when I got there the hotel wasn't there. Online bookings are still being accepted. Please be careful when booking.

The staff were good to us right through the end, and the rooms were nice. It's a good place to stay and hold a small business meeting, though group food service is weak. To avoid trouble during a meeting, tell them your exact breakfast time and how many people are in your group. It's your choice.

The location is poor, tucked inside a village, and you can find better hotels in better areas. The sheets had spots and were very dirty, and none of the TVs worked. There were no locks on either the room's main door or the bathroom door. Staff weren't reliable or helpful when problems came up, and I found the woman at reception unpleasant to talk to. It's a couple hotel, so families shouldn't book, and couples should come at their own risk.
