After making 9-10 complaints, nobody did anything about our problems. The AC vibrated like a generator, and the bathroom bolt was missing its hinge. The staff didn't seem to care about us, and our stay was really poor. I don't know why people call this hotel very good or awesome. I'd book somewhere else.

The rooms were really dirty, just like the original room pictures. The service was very poor, and the staff were rude and had no manners.

The food was good and everything. The only small thing I'd suggest is adding some clothes hangers in the room. Thank you.

A better place to stay. The people are lovely, and the staff are well trained at serving couples.
