They denied my booking when I arrived, even though I'd reserved the room three days earlier. They wanted double the money for that booking and asked me to take another room for cash, apparently counting on customers not to report it online because the process takes so long. I called the police and scolded them, and only then did they check me in. The service was pathetic, just as I'd expected.

The washroom wasn't good and the AC didn't work properly, though the other facilities were good. Staff weren't listening and their behavior wasn't great. You can stay here, but at the same price there are other options to choose from.

My booking was for one room for three guests, me and my friend, for two days starting August 11, 2023. My train was late, so I got to the hotel at about 11 PM. The property manager said they didn't have my booking. I was new to the area, so at first I accepted that, but my booking showed the same address, "RP-29." I showed him the details and the Google Maps address, and then he said the hotel was full. They never gave me the room I'd booked two days earlier, and I lost my money. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited. I suggest never booking here.

I had a terrible experience on a rainy day. The hotel uses two addresses, RP29 and RP30. If your booking says RP 30, they may say it's not their address, leaving you with no choice but to book offline at the hotel. For RP 29 bookings, they say the rooms are full and they've stopped taking OYO bookings. Don't book here or agree to a compromise when you're already paying. Stay away.
