The room, service, and location all fell short. We tried several times to reach the hostel by WhatsApp and phone while booking, but got no proper reply. They ignored calls and messages even on check-in day, although we’d told them we’d arrive late. When we got there, someone was asleep in the room assigned to us. The rooms and surroundings felt unsafe and uncomfortable, nothing like the online reviews. The area gave an unsafe, red-area vibe and didn’t feel suitable for travelers. We refused to check in and had to find another hotel at 11:30 pm, which was extremely stressful. The receptionist was unfriendly, seemed unwilling to answer questions, and offered no help or reassurance. The experience didn’t match the reviews, which felt misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel.

I stayed for around 18 days, and most of the ACs didn’t work. The sun blinders were a joke. I complained multiple times, but they did nothing and offered no discount to make up for the AC problem. The food was horrible too. The male receptionist was mannerless, and the female staff member tried to justify everything without any shame. They’re very good at taking money, but won’t provide you jack shit. Go only if you have no other options.

Good amenities, clean washrooms, and a dispenser for hot and cold drinking water. There’s also a kitchen and laundry service, and Saket Metro Station is 200 mts away. A nice hostel for a short visit, with very courteous staff.

Our room was already occupied when we arrived, and the place felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Calls and WhatsApp messages went unanswered during booking and on check-in day. They’d asked us for a 50% deposit, and luckily we didn’t pay it. The staff were unwelcoming, and we had to find another hotel late at night. What we found was completely different from the online reviews. One of the worst stays I’ve had. Not recommended.

The rooftop is a nice feature, and it’s rare to find one in delhi. The place is clean and spacious, and the neighbourhood is lively without being as crowded as paharganj.
