ICON Boutique Hotel Domlur Indiranagar

The premium price and lack of transparency left us disappointed. I booked three rooms for out-of-state guests, and the hotel first quoted more than its listed rate. When I questioned it, they agreed to match the listing as a discount, but required full payment in advance. I went ahead because time was short and the location was convenient. Only when my guests arrived did we discover there was no in-house restaurant, despite the hotel presenting itself as 3-star. Staff told us to use Zomato or Swiggy, so we had to arrange meals that way. It was inconvenient and unprofessional, and should have been explained before booking.

I booked for three people for three days, but we got only a mattress on the floor instead of a proper cot. I could have put up with the mattress, but the receptionist was dismissive and outright rude when I raised it. Basic comfort and professionalism were both missing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Back for my third stay, and still no complaints or fuss. It's a nice place in a great spot, close to 100 ft road with easy access to MG/Brigade road.

We held a community get-together last Saturday, and everyone enjoyed the venue and food. The staff and manager showed excellent hospitality. It worked perfectly for our function and network meeting.
