The windows gave no privacy, and the AC barely worked. There was no water or hot water, no facilities, and no service. The toilets and rooms were dirty, and the staff weren't doing their jobs or providing everything they were supposed to. I waited more than an hour to check in, then was charged an extra 500 rupees despite having booked online. A completely awful experience.

The room smelled terrible, the bed and blanket were stained, and there were loads of cockroaches. I felt unsafe. Even though I'd booked online and had confirmation, they first told me there were no rooms. I paid 1k online, then the receptionist wanted another 300 for early check-in because I had my 2 years baby with me. I paid it, but this was a pathetic stay. I wouldn't stay here even if it were free. I'm moving to somewhere decent.

Cockroaches crawl out everywhere, and the stained bedsheet gave me a rash on my back. The rooms are super dirty and the place has a shady vibe, so ladies should look elsewhere. I used the shower, then checked out because it was so filthy. 10/10 would never recommend this hotel.
