People often mention the friendly staff, and I can see why. They’re welcoming, help with requests or local tips, and make check-in feel easy. The 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi are handy too, along with AC and the usual room basics. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable for the price, with a TV and climate control. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but it works well for a short visit. Being in HSR Layout also makes it a practical base for nearby attractions or city business. Some guests have been happy with the breakfast and room service, and housekeeping and upkeep seem reasonable for this kind of property. This was the worst stay I can remember, and it really wasn’t worth the money. The walls were filthy, the rooms smelled bad, and nothing felt hygienic. The blankets weren’t clean either, and the TV didn’t work. The toilet leaked badly. After flushing, filthy water spread across the floor, and there wasn’t even a doormat.

I stayed one night and came away with an allergy and a fever, so if you have allergies or other issues, I wouldn’t go. They charged 1200 for a room that smelled foul and hadn’t been cleaned. The lift was so bad it made me feel like vomiting. The TV was there but unusable. There was AC too, but turning it on made me feel feverish. If you need to bathe, bring a bucket and cup, the ones there were in very bad shape.

The staff were rude, and the service was the worst. They charged unnecessary extra amounts, the AC didn’t work, and the food wasn’t provided properly. Poor room quality and a really bad experience.

There were so many bedbugs in the room. Everything about this place was bad, honestly, metro toilets are better. First time I’ve visited a place like this 😖.
