The bedspread had dried red marks, the sheet had dried white stains and a long strand of someone's hair, and a cockroach was roaming beside the bed. It ran off before I could get a photo after waking up. The bottle they provided as Bisleri looked fake, labeled Brisel. This was in an AC room, and I don't know how bad a non-AC one would be. The room felt unhygienic, the window was in poor condition, and the wardrobe couldn't open because a single bed blocked it. There was no AC remote, so you had to be tall like me to switch it off or call someone without a phone. One socket had no switch, and I had to find another plug point behind the bed and balance my phone there to charge it. There were already leak marks by a knob, then it came off and water started pouring out. I rushed over to shut it off and failed, getting soaked in the process. I complained at reception, and they sent a man who repaired it in slippers, making the room messier. Afterward, a Telugu-speaking woman tried to blame me for touching the knob. I hadn't touched it, and even if I had, it shouldn't come off just from being touched. It's meant to turn the water on and off. She was very rude and didn't know how to speak politely to customers. This was one of the worst hotel stays of my life. In my opinion, it doesn't deserve even one star.

There was no room cleaning during our stay, and no one was available to help with our concerns. The place was completely unhygienic. Insects were everywhere in the awful room, making it impossible to relax. The bedsheets were stained, smelled bad, and were disgusting. The bathroom was filthy with dirt and grime, and the floor hadn't been cleaned either. A thoroughly unpleasant stay from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were unfriendly and didn't seem to care. When I called the front desk for help, no one answered. The thin walls let me hear everything from next door, so I couldn't sleep. My bed was super uncomfortable, the sheets looked dirty, and the room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was gross, with mold in the corners and broken tiles, and the shower kept switching between water that was too hot and too cold. The towels were old and ragged. The worst hotel I've stayed in. I won't come back, and I don't recommend it. Stay away.

I arrived expecting an easy check-in after booking a room and paying the full amount in advance. Instead, the staff said there were no rooms and they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed them the Cleartrip confirmation email, but they still wouldn’t help. 😡
