We arrived at about 5 AM because of a personal situation, after a tiring trip, and were due to check out at 10 that same morning. Since we needed to travel again that evening and hadn’t rested properly, I asked to extend checkout to 1 PM. Prajwal on the night shift understood and agreed straight away, then coordinated with Catherine in the morning. They arranged the later checkout without any extra charge, and I really appreciate their help. Catherine had also welcomed me warmly and treated guests with genuine care and respect. I stayed three nights and four days in November 2025, and the staff were kind, friendly, and attentive throughout. I’m very happy with the service and stay. I can’t believe I hadn’t found this hotel sooner, and from now on I’ll book here only.

The rail line is nearby, so you can expect to hear train horns now and then. I stayed here because it’s close to the office. Catherine and Bhupendra were very helpful and found me a room that suited my preference. The room amenities were suitable for the price.

I’ve stayed here once before, and this second visit was just as impressive. Katharine and Ravi were kind and helpful, and the whole team paid attention to the little things. My room was spotless, nicely designed, and had the basics I needed. The bed was especially comfortable. It’s close to the main places I needed to reach, but still quiet enough to relax. I’d happily come back.

Ravi and Nisha at reception made things easy with their help and cooperation. I spent three nights at The Emerald Inn - Open Hotel by Olive and really enjoyed the stay. They were both professional and very helpful.

I ended up extending my stay because everyone was so cooperative. Housekeeping, room service, and reception, especially Catherine, were all great. A really good place to stay.
