Al Noor Palace Business Class Hotel

The bathroom ceiling was broken, leaking, and covered in mold. Water also dripped from a leak in the room straight onto the bed, and the wardrobe door was broken. They didn’t provide a towel or even a dustbin. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional when we asked to change rooms. He told us to stay in the same room until 4 PM, but still didn’t arrange a change after that. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. There was no care for cleanliness or customer service, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve attached a photo of the bathroom ceiling.

The location is the only good thing now. Cigarette smell filled the room and corridor, the toilet was very dirty, the exhaust fan didn’t work, and the linens were dirty. I’ve visited for a long time, and the service used to be good, but it’s pretty bad now. It seems the management has changed, and the new management appears to prioritize stays by the hour.

We waited 15 minutes for a room when we arrived, then got a cramped room with a broken bed and springs sticking out. They gave us another room after a few minutes, but it was just as small and the bed was still uncomfortable. The towel was torn too. They delayed giving us a room, but despite several requests, wouldn’t extend our checkout time. They told us not to be rude while ignoring their own behavior toward guests. Never coming back or recommending this place.

I stayed overnight at this motel on January 17th and couldn’t sleep at all. The pillows and bedsheets were crawling with bed bugs and insects. Very poor management, they took my money and my sleep, and the bugs were sucking my blood.
