Mezzo has a good range of food for different ages, even with the difficulties caused by the LPG shortage. The rooms are spotless and well looked after, and housekeeping keeps both the rooms and linen clean. Anamika at the Front office is especially helpful and goes out of her way to make guests comfortable. Coco Tree, The Avenue Regent's flagship store, has a great menu of gourmet items, including mouthwatering pastries and savouries. The hotel is right in the centre of the city, with fantastic food and hospitality. A place to stop if you're in Cochin.

I first came to Avenue Regent for work, and now I book it for personal trips too. I travel constantly and have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this is one I keep choosing. Mr. Bijoi, the Front Office Manager, greets me with the same genuine smile every time, and the staff's small gestures and familiar, helpful energy always lift my mood. Cocoa Tree is my usual spot to unwind over coffee and let the travel noise settle. Mezzo has a lively warmth, while Springs is dependable and homely. Room service is thoughtful and prompt, with a level of care that's getting rare. What brings me back most is the calm atmosphere and the sincerity of the people. Avenue Regent has become a familiar, grounding place I trust for work and personal stays. I'll keep coming back. Thank you Avenue Regent, let's meet again.

Cocoa Tree is my favourite corner of Avenue Regent. With the slow music and fresh coffee smell, it's easy to sit there for hours without noticing the time. Mezzo feels warm and lively, and Springs has the comfortable restaurant feel that makes even an ordinary meal feel special. Room service is quick and thoughtful, and the staff are the heart of the place. They greet you sincerely, check in, and handle little things patiently and with a smile. The whole experience is consistently good. Avenue Regent feels like a little pocket of comfort in the city, and has become a second home for me. It's always a favourite.

The hotel is modern and fancy, with big, clean rooms and a good location. There's a top bar and a top cafe on the ground floor. I had a bad time with room service: I waited 30-40 minutes for water, and the person answering didn't know English. They shouted over the phone that they'd bring it, but it never arrived. When I called back, they said, “we have no liquor.” The aircon was also so loud it sounded like a washing machine and made it hard to sleep.

The room was spacious and really comfortable, and the hotel is in the heart of Kochi with plenty of good dining options nearby. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Kochi 😁.
