They argued with us about the rate and forced us to pay according to their room policy, rather than the Oyo rate. The service wasn't appropriate either. The room didn't meet the standard or match the picture, and when they offered it to us, the bedsheets hadn't been changed and it hadn't been cleaned. A really heartbreaking stay at hotel dadar residency, mumbai. Please don't book it.
From outside, this hotel, also known as hotel karishma, didn't give me a good feeling. But once I reached the 5th floor, my mind changed. The staff were very well behaved and cooperative, the rooms are reasonably priced, and manager Abbas was very helpful. I'll definitely visit again.
The room was far too small, nothing like the one shown on the OYO app. The bedsheet and pillows were dirty, and water was logged in the bathroom. The AC was noisy, and the hotel didn't give us the AC remote. We checked out early but they didn't refund us for the last two days. I didn't expect this from OYO. A very bad hotel.
After we arrived, the hotel said it wasn't working with OYO and wouldn't accept our booking. They said OYO wasn't paying them on time. OYO told us they'd arrange a different hotel, but this internal issue left tourists in trouble after reaching the hotel. Not recommended.
The washrooms were clean and hygienic, but the rooms were decent and on the small side. It wasn't a bad stay, though I'd be willing to pay a little more to upgrade next time.
