Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC

The service made the evening especially enjoyable. Asit Jena, Hana Ayemi, Suzy and Preeti looked after us with prompt, warm, smiling care. At Gallery Café at Radisson, MIDC, Andheri East, we chose the buffet and found lots to enjoy, from Indian and Chinese dishes to appetizers and main courses. The salads were fresh with plenty of choices, and the pizzas came out hot and freshly made. We also loved the Western and Indian desserts, we could hardly get enough. It was a pleasure dining there, and I’d recommend the restaurant.

The prepaid Nearbuy voucher was the main problem. Gallery Cafe wouldn’t accept it and told us to cancel it and pay at the hotel, where they wanted more than the voucher price for the full buffet bill. Staff didn’t seem concerned that a refund could take 5 to 10 business days. It felt like they were cheating both the online company and customers, by asking us to cancel and then pay extra. If Nearbuy vouchers cause this much trouble, the restaurant should leave the platform instead of blaming the app company. The non alcoholic buffet drinks were below average too. The food tasted really good, cleanliness was good, and a singer performing live added to the meal, but this wasn’t a Sunday I’d want to repeat. I regret going. If you have an enemy, gift them a Nearbuy voucher and let the hotel take care of the revenge.

The food was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients, nicely presented and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was cooked just right. The team served us promptly and checked that everything was to our satisfaction. Throughout my stay, every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and the staff made sure I felt comfortable and valued. The experience went beyond what we expected. I’d definitely return on my next visit and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant and memorable stay.

The housekeeping team went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, and the restaurant staff were helpful and polite. At the front desk, Renisa, Diksha and Sandhya were friendly and very helpful. We spent a week in Mumbai on vacation and stayed at the Radisson midc. The rooms were reasonably clean, and we had a comfortable stay that the hotel’s wonderful staff made memorable.
